On this page you will find information regarding Birch Memorial Hall including hire rates, conditions of hire and how to book. The hall is a village asset. Please support it and use it. It commemorates those from our community who gave their lives in the Great War. It may be an old building but it is a great venue for family events and by using it you help preserve the hall for the benefit of the village. Over the past two years it has had a makeover with new kitchen, new toilets and a disabled toilet. New windows and doors are being fitted at the end of May and in August the exterior will be totally redecorated.

Please note that a refundable deposit of £75.00 is payable at the time of booking to cover any damage.

Cancellation charges:-

Less than 7 clear days notice 100% of hire charge

Less than 14 clear days notice 50% of hire charge

All other cancellations a charge of £10 will be made.
