Minutes, Agendas and Reports
The Minutes are the formal approved record of the business transacted at each meeting. They are prepared by the Parish Clerk but require approval by the Parish Council before publication. The minutes of a particular meeting cannot, therefore, be made available until after they have been accepted as a true record by the Council at its subsequent meeting. However, shortly after each meeting the Parish Council does issue a press release summarising the discussions and decisions taken at that meeting. The Press Release about the last Parish Council meeting can be viewed on the Meetings page. Reports based on these Press Releases are regularly published in the Essex County Standard and the local monthly newsletter Parish News delivered free to each house in the parish.
